When I think about Denmark, I think about Danish pastries (foodie), I think about bicycles (environmentalist), and most importantly I think about Andersen’s fairy tales (dreamer). I had a short visit to Copenhagen a while ago and I was impressed by the peace, joy and cleanliness this city conveys. I love the fact that Danish people like biking rather than other forms of transportation, no doubt Denmark has been ranked to be the happiest country in the world. When you care for the environment, feelings of fulfillment and satisfaction are the things you will get in return. Apart from the high happiness index in this capital city, Copenhagen is also the fashion capital of Scandinavia, this city produces sustainable fairy-tale clothing with a minimalism trick and timeless cutting. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough time in Copenhagen last time so I couldn’t go around and check out more fashion brands and stores there.
Things I loved the most when I was in Copenhagen were 1/ having a Danish bread for breakfast everyday. 2/ Exploring the city by taking a canal cruise from Nyhavn 3/ Spending a lovely afternoon at Rosenborg Castle.
